Data we collect

When you use the contact form, we process the details you choose to provide: name, company, email address, project type, current website, and message. We also process limited technical information needed to keep the form secure and prevent abuse.

If you book a call, Cal.com collects the booking details you enter on its service. Please also review Cal.com’s privacy policy.

Why we use it

We use enquiry and booking data to respond to your request, discuss a possible project, and take steps toward a contract. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where this is necessary for your request, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interests such as website security, spam prevention, and service improvement.

Service providers and transfers

We use specialist providers to operate the website, deliver form email, and provide scheduling. They process data only to provide those services. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we use the provider’s applicable GDPR transfer safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep prospective-client enquiries for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. Client and accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.

Cookies

Winfluential does not currently use first-party advertising or analytics cookies. Essential technical cookies may be set by third-party services you choose to open, such as Cal.com. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at hello@winfluential.co. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
